You acknowledge receipt of this Agreement which, upon payment of all monies owing, conveys a Grant of Burial Right for the interment space indicated in this Agreement.

You may cancel without charge of penalty at any time during the period from the day you enter into the contract until 30 days after you receive a copy of the contract. If you cancel after 30 days you may still have to pay for the interment space and for any cemetery supplies and cemetery services that have already been supplied, performed or delivered, as the case may be and a reasonable administration fee will be levied.

If you cancel this contract the Cemetery Administration has 15 days to refund any money you are owed. To cancel, you must give notice of cancellation to the Cemeteries Office at the address shown on the contract. You should give notice of cancellation by a manner that will allow you to prove that you gave notice, such as registered mail, fax, courier or by personal delivery.

After the penalty-free 30 day cancellation period is over The Cemeteries’ Administration will accept the return of an unused plot, crypt or niche as long as there is no reason that space could not be used. The Cemetery plot(s) may not be “sold on the open market.” The Cemetery will at time of cancellation purchase plot(s) back at 85% of the market value of the easement and 100% of the value of the Perpetual Care. Any prepaid, unused interment fees or service fees will be refunded in full. A reasonable administration fee will be levied at this time.

Memorialization shall not be approved and/or supplied until all monies due to the Cemeteries have been paid; If the interment space indicated in this Agreement is found to have been previously sold, the Cemetery Administration shall have 3 working days from the date of this Agreement to substitute a space of comparable value.

If such substitute is not acceptable to you, this Agreement may be cancelled and all monies paid will be returned.

You agree to observe the Bylaws of the Cemetery and all reasonable amendments thereto.
